Our Favourite Mocktails for February

The first quarter of the year is the perfect time to retreat and reset on different aspects of our lives. Whether it be relating to our health, social life or finances, we know how much taking a break from things can help us feel refreshed for warmer seasons. This week we wanted to take a moment and focus on mocktails to support you during this time. Whether you need something to ease you into rest, bring a little fun to date night or an alternative to happy hour, all while hitting pause on alcohol, we’ve got you covered with these mocktail recipes.

Sleepy Girl Mocktail

A favourite of mine and fellow friends who sometimes struggle with falling asleep. I love incorporating this mocktail into my nightly routine as it brings a little feeling of joy as I wind down for bed.

Recipe:

¼ cup Tart Cherry Juice

1 scoop Magnesium

¼ cup Lime Soda Water

Lime Juice (to taste)

Date Night

You might be leaning into an alcohol-free existence, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have a mocktail that feels tart and fun on nights that feel special. I love this one for the dissolvable glitter, who doesn’t want their drink to sparkle?

Recipe:

¼ Cup Sparkling Water

1 Tbs Tart Cherry Juice

1Tbs Cranberry Juice

Dissolvable Glitter

Happy Hour Favourite

Perfect for a post-work treat or time with friends, this mocktail is definitely a crowd-pleaser! It’s both refreshing and tasty with that hint of spice from the ginger beer. And who doesn’t love a nod to a Shirley temple?

Recipe:

⅓ Cup Sparkling Water

¼ Cup Ginger Beer

Lime Juice (to taste)

Grenadine
